Pilots, Judges, Jury, Test Pilots, Marshalls, Sponsors and Officials . . . even spectators and the locals turned up in their numbers. This event made it very clear, it wasn’t about the money, or the biggest this or fastest that. It was about a Farming Community taking hands creating something spectacular out of nothing; about friendships forged; camaraderie entrenched . . . lasting memories rising up from nowhere to be cherished for a long-long time.
