On behalf of the Africa Aerospace and Defence Exhibition partners, I wish to inform you that Ms. Michelle Nxumalo, Marketing and Research Manager at the South African Aerospace Maritime and Defence industries Association (AMD) has been appointed as the interim Exhibition Director effective 1 April 2021. This follows the resignation of Mrs. Leona Redelinghuys.
Ms. Nxumalo has over 13 years’ experience in the Aerospace and Defence industry and has been instrumental in the South African Defence industry’s (SADI) successful participation in exhibitions across the globe. She is also South Africa’s international sales representative responsible for international Defence shows on behalf of the South African Aerospace Maritime Export Council (SAAMDEC) in collaboration with the Department of Trade and Industry and Competition (the dtic).
On behalf of the AAD partners, I would like thank Mrs. Redelinghuys for her contribution to AAD’s growth trajectory over the past years and extend best wishes for her future endeavors.
