Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) commends the South African Police Service (SAPS) for their swift and effective action in apprehending a suspected drug trafficker at OR Tambo International Airport. The suspect, a 25-year-old Brazilian national, was arrested on Sunday, 24 November 2024, after arriving from São Paulo, Brazil, with over 3 kilograms of cocaine valued at an estimated R1.8 million concealed on his body.
